There’s no such thing as a free lunch. Our unique buying service will reduce the risk of buying a money pit drastically. We are fully transparent in our pricing and therefore we use a simple pricing structure:
- 2% Fee on the sale price up to $1,000,000.
- 1% Fee on any amount over $1,000,000.
- A minimum fee of $2,500 applies for all transactions.
